What This Shows

• Every Red Cross trailer in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont today, and where each one goes under the proposed plan.
• Switch between Current and Post-Plan at the top. Dashed lines join a trailer's current site to its new site.
• Colors show what happens to each trailer: stays, reconfigured to an SH 100, relocated, salvaged, donated, or kept as a logistics trailer.

The Numbers

Matches the final report. "Reduction" counts donated trailers as salvaged.

Uncertain Needs an Answer

• Two new SH 100 trailers (Lee and Manchester) are on the master sheet but not in the report's 27. If they are bought, the fleet is 29.
• Logistics flex trailers. The report says Maine 1, New Hampshire 2, Vermont 1. The sheet has all four at ARC Concord, NH, so that is what the map shows.
• Trailer 29861 is an SH 50 per the sheet owner; the workbook says SH 150. The updated list has not arrived, so this is a manual fix.
• Bingham trailer (27184) will likely go to Washington County, maybe Houlton. Portland (29871) has no site yet. Neither has a street address, so both sit at a town center (dashed circle).
• Nashua and Londonderry keep a planned location on the sheet but get no trailer. Confirmed with the sheet owner.
• Sheet typos kept as given and flagged in yellow on the trailer card: the Campton and Claremont ZIP codes, Manchester's two street numbers (141 and 146), and Goffstown's trailer type.

Not Included Out of Scope

• County, MEMA and CERT trailers (Aroostook, Piscataquis, Penobscot, Goffstown). They are not Red Cross owned and are not counted. Hidden unless you tick "Show trailers with Owned = No."
• Response time. The two-hour, 35-mph coverage check in the report is not modeled here. The map does not prove coverage.
• Supplies and contents (cots, blankets, comfort kits), tow vehicles, partner capacity and MOUs are not shown.
• Donation or transfer recipients. None are set; the report says no commitments have been made.
• Costs and savings are not calculated.
• Locations are found from street address, not surveyed. A few sites are at a town center only.

About the Data

Loaded 2026-09-30 from the region's master workbook "Trailer List NNE" (sheet "Trailer by DRA-County For Jeff"). Every row in the Table shows its sheet row number. Locations are geocoded from street address; sites marked "TBD" or shown with a dashed edge are placed at the town centre only. The sheet's own latitude and longitude columns are not used because they point at the wrong sites. Items that look wrong on the sheet are flagged in yellow on the trailer card and kept as given. "Owned" means owned by the Red Cross; County, MEMA and CERT trailers are marked No and not counted.
